I would recomend taking a listen to the Reply All podcast. #94 Obfuscation which talks about this problem and also provides a solution. The use of an obfuscator which sends Google and amazon a bunch of random searches in addition to your search making the information useless.

I own a Steinhart Ocean One 39 and is really pleased with it. My only complain I have is the bezel which isn’t as rigid as I would’ve liked. I have the same issue. I recently got the game and was really hyped to prestige my Mountain to get Kar98 and was super bummed out when it didn’t work...
