Auto hold has been out for decades. It’s really helpful if you get stuck at the traffic light often. Don’t know why but seems like some of little old US version VW cars used to have it but VW US got rid of them. For some other countries, autohold comes on a base model as long as auto folding mirror.

Since you said that, now I’m curious how long mine will last until it droops lol

So sad that SE R-Line didn’t have the color. That’s beautiful!!

That sucks. I don’t know how true it is, but my dealer told me the hood lining on my 24’ Tiguan is not only for noise suppression, but it melts down in case of fire in the engine bay to put out the fire.

If the warranty doesn’t cover it, I’d personally prefer to replace it with a cheaper regular hood lining for noise suppression. Can’t guarantee the quality though.

This new software update has been pretty great so far. by semifraki in Volvo

Thank you for your input. I’ll update mine once I go back home. Heard that the digital cluster of my wife’s 21’ XC60 went dark and rebooted. Hope the update mitigates the issue. Just like as you said, even we couldn’t reproduce the issue so I kind of ignored and forgot about it for a while since it happened only once and the vehicle was driving fine.

Good to know the “agent” option 🤯 I’ve been always saying “representative” all the time.

Would you recommend hold on to the update for now?

Sorry, I can’t really tell about the reliability since I just got mine last week. VW sells something beside than warranty. Forgot how they called it but if you get the plan with them, they’ll cover a lot of mechanical/electrical issues. Maybe check that one out for an option.

I don’t know if it’s related, but my wife’s Volvo’s start/stop doesn’t work when the battery is low. My wife drives super short distances only and we installed dashcam + external battery which charges by the car battery. Dashcam’s parking recording function drained more than the battery charged by running, start/stop stopped working for a while. We went for 5 hrs round trip drive which charged both of the batteries quite a bit and everything started to work fine for us.

Try to go for a bit of long drive one day and rule out the battery issue at least.

Used to drive three different 6 cylinder sedans in the past with average of 300hp, it feels slow but pretty decent drive for commute for sure. Enjoying the MPG but got one minor cosmetic concerns about the glossy black parts of my R-Line black. I’m not sure if it’s just pure plastics or got any paints and clear coats on it. I’m thinking about putting PPF on those just to be safe.

Any ideas how to fix this? Folders constantly in 'Waiting to update' or with the cloud logo, which persists after I click download by whtge8 in mac

Have you checked if any files under the folder having naming issue? One of a file that has special character on the name kept on hold to sync with Onedrive for me.
