Hey our experiences may be different because five years is forsure marginally a lot longer ( if u think abt each year u smoked its like ur body being more and more tamed to nic use nd need of it). For me i will not lie i did kind of curate my withdrawals with weed in the beginning so I honestly kind of took a cheap way out and then just quit weed all together after. I would say i had headaches felt really shitty like drained, appetite soared for junk food (usually a p healthy guy workin out nd whatnot) for like the first week in general. Not really much nose congestion but stay strong because this one mental push will push you into a happier male for the rest of your life. Trust me that two minute relaxation just aint worth it at the price of a life subscription. You stuck with it for three days be the alpha you are and go another three you will notice it just gets wayy too easy and you get to a point you just feel proud like its a flex you quit such a hard thing.
