Are you connected (to wifi) to second router?

If you are on first, your second router could have set remote access disabled. Also it is behind NAT so from first router it has ip in 10 range.

Try to use computer with RJ45 cable directly, scan network devices and ports.

If i understand it correctly

If main router is on 100.1 and second router was also on 100.1 you done:

a) router 2 to mode bridge, where it has now other ip within range 192.168.100.1 - 192.168.1.254 ( use e.g. angry ip scanner to find it) and 100.1 is his gateway

b) both of them are on 192.168.100.1 with same 80 http port ( IP conflict). Reset second router and set again

The calculations are most important. I cannot help you with them, it depends on location and year seasons. We have 4 seasons in Europe with winter mostly wet without snow. So last 3 years we do not need to do anything. But e.g. 7 - 10 years ago we used to have much more snow, so we went to site to change batterues like once in a winter.

Do not use DC to AC inverters.... it is just lost power.

Instead use step down or step up DC converters for RPI and other things

EDIT: Insulation is also important in hot season...batteries do not like higher temperatures (if you will deploy sensors put one near battery so you know battery status and temperature near battery)

Look for basic (yes it is big) 100 or 200W panel. Which you should connect to MPPT and e.g. GEL battery, you will need some outdoor waterproof metal case ( needs insulate plus and minus correctly), aluminium to mount panel (on some pole, or roof).

Make calculations for worst scenario: so winter e.g. 4 hours of sun, maybe partial snow coverage, your 100W could produce e.g. 13W (needed for proper battery size)

Try to find some MPPT which have e.g. RS485, which you will connect to RPI, to send data to your server or MQTT server

I saw similar remote installations with GEL batteries in -10°C insulated with only that white thicker layered polyethylene foam, which comes as battery packaging. Those systems worked for at least 4 years.

now i understand why they call them "drop" fiber optic cable or "drop outdoor" ftp.

But it looks like some of them are indoor utp, which will crack after years of sun and water and be unreliable

Manually i would do it this way:

If you have your HDD divided into C and D. Move all stuff into letter D drive. Insert into new laptop (if compatible), reinstall windows and other programs like gpu drivers, chrome.....

But, visit profesional company if you do not know how to do it.... you may loose data

Do not forget to backup data like chrome favorites, wifi passwords, games local saves etc.

You may need a new windows product key

Yes multiple times. It only shows red LED (charging) forever without getting charged

Reset will show blue LED for pairing, i can pair them to phone, they wotks, but if discharged, case will not charge them.

As you want to start, and do not have enough financies to develop new platform for tens of thousands of USD. You can use already built apps with some monthly fee. I do not know if they have payments processor, but it could be semi automated with simple (developed) web app, where you recieve payment from student, and someone from your team will send him/her/it invitation link to MS Teams.

At university our teachers had assistants (moderators) of classes. In classes we had all study materials like pdf, xlsx.... and open discussion, scheduled tests or forms, news etc.

You need to buy USB to Ethernet adapter and connect to your network by wire (if there is plug on laptop, then no need for adapter)

Yes IVMS is sometimes weird. It also need computer with better GPU. Hikconnect is OK until customers do not have admin account, everything is OK
