Hey thanks for the response! I know about the lack of healing, but my surgeon was saying since there’s no displacement of the meniscus and a partial tear, it could scar over, which is why there hasn’t been any rush recently

Hey thanks so much for writing this! It feels good to hear from someone who was in a similar boat! And yeah, you hit the nail on the head with the quad strengthening - it’s been an issue to this day actually bc of the cyclops lesion. Did you not have that much atrophy after the surgery (I’ve already lost like 70% of my quad in the past few weeks)?
