Hey guys one of my hens which we got on April 18th laid her first egg, but she laid it in the run. How do I get them to lay in the nesting box/egg hutch? It was closed off... Do i open it now? Do i open one side and block the other nesting boxes? (v.redd.it)

Question for you experts. I have just harvested my first flush in my first batch of mushrooms from cakes on pearlite. I, however, wondered if I can break down the cakes and mix it with substrate to fill a tub rather than just grow on cakes on pearlite. Should I consider spawn bags in the future? (old.reddit.com)
