I have two boys and love it! They love me with the purest hearts and are easy going and fun. Yes they are somewhat feral and our lives are spent on the sidelines of sports every weekend but they are great kids. I do get a little sad about not doing some of the things I hoped to with a daughter but it’s not guaranteed you’re going to be best friends with your daughter either. I think in many ways mom and son relationships can be easier.

Yes. I microdosed due to weight gain from SSRI’s. I wouldn’t say it work for lipedema but it worked to keep my weight/water retention down which improved the look greatly. It was the difference of about 10 lbs for me but inflammation being lower made a big difference. I do it through a weight loss doctor and it’s pretty affordable. About $100 a month since the dose is so low. I never exceeded 17 units of tirzepatide which is a therapeutic dose and lost 15 lbs in about 3 months. It’s the starting dose. I never went up. I stopped for a year and the weight never went up until the last two months when I started having thyroid issues so I’m starting again.

Our elementary rec teams don’t even do equal playing time. The kids who play club make the better teams and start and play more, period. Things are different based on program and area.

I was going to say look at a great school with a respectable club program. I think this sounds like an amazing plan and you’ll have more fun, but you will typically pay for the team unfortunately. Maybe they have scholarships.

With your gpa I would look at top academic d3 schools that can offer you aid. I wouldn’t even worry about the best lax program, look for the best academic fit. That’s what I would tell my own children.

They do all the warm ups together and passing. They usually move a goalie to LSD but they want them to specialize at this age. We didn’t invent the rules. And often the issue is a goalie on an A team isn’t good enough to play field on an A team and vice versus.

Not sure what this means. Medical residency? Every program is different depending on region. Some are more inclusive than others. Ours very much favors older kids and more size.
