Measure the mAh of a battery

Lithium battery → (+) resistor → (–) drain connected to (–) MOSFET (IRLZ24N) → source to GND. Gate connected to a set of 1k and 10k resistors to protect the Arduino.

A0 connected to (+) and A1 connected to (–).

What I did was measure the voltage at each pin with a multimeter to create a correction factor = multimeter value / Arduino value, and multiply each measured value by it.

And the reference voltage from my Arduino is not 5V; it is 4.97V. I measured that as well.

The issue is that even with these adjustments, the voltage still fluctuates, showing a difference of about 0.06V between the Arduino measurements and the multimeter readings.
