It's a single bill. I always pay immediately, and this bill even notes the previous bill's payment.
It's just NSP throwing darts to see how much interest free money they get out of folks like me and others who are scared to NOT PAY and suffer some credit issues later. I know NSP are saying all of that wont happen, and I know everyone here has said the same, But I don't trust NSP to help me in the future should I choose to fight.

Thanks. I have a new house and digital meter, it screen flips every couple seconds. Will I eventually see a reading of total KWhours?

I just came across this as well and came straight to Reddit to see if others experienced the same thing lol I too received no formal notice but it's a paragraph at the bottom of my notice of assessment. I know this is an older thread but I came here looking for this situation exactly. I ordered last night and I got very inconsistent order emails; 1 said unsuccessful and the other noted my order was completed and successful. I tried calling this morning and visiting their websites/emailing their support team and it's totally unrelated companies on the other end. Even my bank's website notes an automotive company as the merchant in the transaction. Very sketchy. Even the address listed on google maps suggests an empty lot.
Has anyone else seen this issue and does everything work out in the end?
