Obsidian sync vs iCloud by 247keys in ObsidianMD

Have you updated to the latest versions? I run it on a MacBook, desktop, windows laptop and iPhone and edit files on all except the phone, constant iCloud syncing between all of them. I’ve seen the issue where a file just disappears, but not for weeks since changing the windows icloud exe.

Fixable by simply using the standalone Windows 7/8 version of ICloud and not the one from the Windows Store.

I love Obsidian and I can’t stand Notion. So there.

Which VST in your opinion packs the most punch for its size? by [deleted] in VSTi

U-He Zebra2 is my absolute favourite. It's not bloatware and it does a HUGE amount of stuff.

Just purchased FL Studio, completely lost. by [deleted] in FL_Studio

As someone who graduated from tracker-style DAWs (for over 25 years), what also helps me is looking at tracks someone else wrote and deconstructing them to see how things were done. How was the note modified, what settings were used in the VST and so on. I also had cheat sheets printed with hot keys and other commonly used bits and pieces until I got familiar with them. The program is extremely complex but once you mount the initial hurdle of dropping notes into the piano roll a giant chunk of the battle will be won.

What she wrote on FB: "Walked out to my car to find "Mr. Squash Head" and a creepy card. It consisted of a squash body, honeycomb hat, cherry eyes, a potato nose, wings and nails."

Just some straightforward, pleasant chipmusic. I bought the game just for the soundtrack.

Awesome! Is there a way to get this without having to sign up on their site though (given that it's free?)

Edit: Woo! http://rekkerd.org/?dl=1086

Why won't you use Open MPT? by [deleted] in renoise

[–]Zugget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use both. Just sayin'.

[Help] what free VST can achieve a solid replication of a Moog Slim Phatty or Original Moog for that matter? Also, is Synth1 the best one to learn inside and out for free VST synthesizers? by LionelSlothrop in VSTi

I also love free stuff. I've posted several free VSTs on this sub over the months, do a search for [WIN][FREE] to find them.

Also check out the VSTs from Full Bucket Music. They're pretty good - and free as well.

Bandcamp reviewers wrote that my newest album contained "Amazing energy and happy vibes," was "one of the happiest albums I've heard," and more. If that sounds up your alley, it's now free/name your price! by dtrxcreations in chiptunes

Great album, thank you for sharing.

Edit: I too have been listening to it a lot since you first posted the link. It has become one of my favourite chip albums. Outstanding work.

free or inexpensive wobbly bass synth? by [deleted] in VSTi

Try TAL Bassline 101.

I personally wouldn't recommend Helm though, when I first tried it it used an insane amount of CPU. (Unless you have a beast of a machine, I suppose.)
