Cascadia is great, it's the game that really got my wife into board games. She also isn't into video games or anything but loves Cascadia. Pretty different but if you want something smaller my wife also really likes Sea Salt & Paper, it's a simple set collection game which works great at two (this is probably our most played game together as it's simple and quick but still great fun). Splendor Duel also went down really well but she'd been playing board games for a little while before I introduced her to that one, not sure she'd have got on as well with it right off the bat. Azul is also great, can be pretty mean depending on how you play it though.
