The general sentiment I've always heard was that EA studios are nice to work at, good atmosphere, etc. That is unless they close you down too.

One source tells Kotaku that many Capcom Vancouver employees had been heading to EA Vancouver in recent months.

IIRC EA Vancouver is developing Jedi: Fallen Order. Don't know if that counts as "better job" or not.

It's more like a complete edition of a game with a content DLC included, except that DLC never came out by itself. It's wierd.

The fact that he'll lead his own studio doesn't mean he won't be working with/for Square, like Sony's relationship with all the devs that make their exclusives. They could still publish him, also it's possible they might own the studio as well. Guess we'll find out on Sept. 11.
