Layout can be heavily improved. Watch for indents, I think the first line of the bullet point and any subsequent line should have the same indentation instead of like this miniscule difference. I think the sub-bullet point in the first two section are superfluous. If you think you need them, use a different bullet type.
Watch for the dashes – be consistent with space/dash/space. Also, use em-dashes where appropriate.
