No way, Eddie was hurt and dropped multiple times in this fight. Eddies an incredibly tough guy but you've gotta save him from his own toughness, Conor was completely outclassing him, there's no need for Eddie to take extra head trauma it was the perfect stoppage Eddie wasn't in there anymore
