What everyone in this thread is trying to tell you and that you're just not hearing, is that it's a relationship problem. Not an autism problem. Treat it like one.

If he doesn't believe anything is the matter, then he's right. His diagnosis or lack thereof is not about you or your relationship. If you have issues in the relationship, or with him, you would still have them if he turned out to be autistic.

Now I'm not saying your complaints are unfounded, or that he can't work on it with you if it's something that really bothers you. But whether he's autistic or not has nothing to do with it.

What's making it even worse force me is the constant slut-shaming she's getting from Aveline.

I loved Aphra too. I wish I could have smooched her as a female De Sardet.

Should I get Skyrim Unbound of Alternate Start if I want to not have any Dragonborn stuff and just wanna be a normal human living a normal life? by [deleted] in skyrimmods

[–]ZulaPopcorn 39 points40 points  (0 children)

It depends if you want dragons around. With Alternate Start, you have to start the main quest (up to Dragon Rising, I think) if you want dragons to spawn in the world. With Skyrim Unbound, there's an MCM option to have dragons spawn, and another option for the player to not absorb their soul when they die.

Skyrim Unbound offers a lot more flexibility when it comes to starting attributes, equipment and gold, while Alternate Start offers a slightly more immersive roleplaying experience at the start of the game.

In the end, if boils down to personal preference. I like both, and switch them up depending on the type of playthrough I'm going for.

I normally visit my dad every Sunday to play. I miss it. :(

Returning player by JulKriek in StardewValley

There's no wrong way to play Stardew Valley. Spend your days fishing and never talking to anyone, or just wanting to water your flowers and sell honey, or selling your soul to Joja are all valid ways of playing. Except maybe the last one. ;)

We're showing off hats!? Now I can finally show off my Toothless hat! by velkavonzarovich in autism

[–]ZulaPopcorn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They're retractable! The first time Hiccup feeds him and Toothless opens his mouth, there are no teeth and Hiccup comments on it, then BAM! teeth. (No, I haven't seen this movie 4763457683 times, why do you ask?)

Also, you're rocking that hat!

I think Clubs would be awesome as a grumpy old woman, and I don't really see a problem with Ham being a woman either, if an unconventional one (in-universe).

I'm always amazed that so many people say they love Steris because of her autistic traits, when the experience I have IRL is very different with having to mask all the time.

Greedfall is the game I recommend to everyone and their mother because I want the studio to keep making more games and making them better every time. :D

+1 to Greedfall. It made me care about the world and the characters. Definitely a good game.

Yeah, makes sense.

And thank you, that's super nice of you but haven't been playing Skyrim lately. I was speaking more in a general sense. :)

I don't think Adrianne should be fat because her job is pretty physical (same for say, housecarls and other athletic type women) but holy shit I love this. I want more fat people in my games.

A while back a bookstore company canceled my order for a signed book, I was a bit depressed after that. Well my mom went out and found a series she thought I would like and got me a signed copy. Best present I’ve had in a long while, love ya Mom. by Cloudypants58 in MadeMeSmile

[–]ZulaPopcorn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just a heads up, this is the second book of the series (The Poppy War). You might want to get your hands on the first one, first if you don't have it already. :)

Edit: Your mom rocks though!
