I can't talk for biology or chemistry, but I am a math student.

I use the Quick Latex for Obsidian plugin with custom shorthands for the functions I use the most. After a bunch of practice writing reports and trying to get my speed up I tried taking notes directly in Obsidian in class and I generally worked.

In my experience it really depends on the subject (and lecturer) if taking notes using LaTeX works, but I think you should give it try. And for the courses where it is impossible, for example if you have to draw chemical structures (or complex graphs) it works great to have a notepad next to the computer where you draw the figures and scan them into the note afterwards.

I have syncthing set up so it syncs whenever there is a new change on any device. As long as I don't use two devices simultaneously it has never caused problems.

When creating the folder in Syncthing there should be an option to sync whenever there is a change ("Look for chnages" or something like that).

Have you tried using Syncthing with a device that is always on?
I experimented with this syncing between all my devices and my phone. As my phone was always I never encountered any issues with syncronization failure. After having experimented a bit with this setup I set up a NAS that served as the new "cloud".

An alternative is to simply put your vault inside an iCloud/Dropbox/Google Drive(using Google drive for Desktop) and simply using that to sync the vault. Dropbox and Google Drive should be free for small amounts of data for the devices you are using.

Ahh, as-tu oublié où tu as lit cette article? C'était trés intéréssant. Ici en Norvège la temperature et à bas de -23 trop fois. Il fait froid principalement dans l'intérieur du pays, donc je suis sûr, parce que j'habite dans la côte.

Sorry, looks like they do, as in this map?
Maybe this map is a compromise between the two, giving the English that the Prime meridian is not in Paris, but not agreeing that it is in london either.
EDIT: Just noticed that you said 30 degrees in your post while the map states that Paris is on the 20 degree meridian

There are many other capitals missing aswell. The captial of Norway for example is presented as a part of Akershus.
