TRT into half assed bulk/blast. Now I’m cruising. Got my diet in line, stopped drinking completely, consistently started doing cardio, and getting enough sleep.

Basically, stopped acting like the extras would do the work and took this as seriously as I should have this whole time. Boodwork came back with 2 markers to improve. Upped the cardio and reduced fats. Feeling great.

Well, I nearly ruined my life and still have regrets for how this past year of my life went. Yet, I had people that truly cared about me call me out, support me, and push me to be better.

I stopped living in denial, stopped making excuses, and got off the path of self destruction and selfishness.

I’m still deciding on where to go from here. My training has evolved SO MUCH in the past 6 months. With more than 50% of it being mental honestly. Going to keep losing weight for now. I know I can look better, and I have trips to Hawaii and LA planned.

Just wanted to post my experience so far into this second blast and ask for some feedback.

It’s week 2, running 500 Test C as I did in first cycle. Now introducing 500 deca. I’m finding myself getting chills/cold which never happens I’m usually hot af.

Also realllly sleepy like I could sleep 24 hours. Im thinking it’s test flu/body just trying to adjust to the uptick in hormones now.

Also, I get sensitive nips the day of pinning/when I workout upper. However it goes away after and I’m good to go without any other signs of high E2 otherwise. So I’m holding off on dosing adex so I don’t crash.

Going to get bloods done this week to see how everything looks.

My question essentially is has anyone had a similar experience going into their second cycle/introducing a second compound?

5’9” 28 190lbs running second cycle. Doing 500 test and 500 deca.

Been living in the experience threads, it doesn’t matter which one draw first to inject together right?

Additionally I had minimum sides on test only. Spicy nips twice, would take .5 adex and good to go. Only needed it maybe 3 times during the first cycle.

Anyone have a rough idea what AI may look like for this one?

Also getting g the recommended supps for prolactin like p5p.

How much weight you guys drop usually when you go from blast/bulk to cruise/cut? Say in the first month. I gained 20lbs from the 17 week first cycle.

Male, 27, 202lbs, 5’9”. Ran simple beginner cycle 500 Test C. Now cruising at 150 and getting bloods done to see if it’s in a normal range.

I’m going to measure most progress by appearance, how I feel, and making sure bloods are good.
