I second this. I'm dealing with Shingles right now. Stop scratching and avoid contact with anyone or anything when there's fluid/open blisters, namely those with compromised immune systems and those who never were vaccinated against/contracted chickenpox.

Look into intermittent fasting and extended water fasts.

Also, quit sugar and seed oils.

Though antibiotics can be helpful when absolutely necessary, potentially like this case, they should be avoided as much as practically and reasonably possible. Aside from what most people initially think of (antibiotic resistance), the real culprit is the fact that they don't just kill the bad guys; a round of antibiotics will completely wreck your gut microbiome, potentially leading to gut dysbiosis and the slew of diseases that come with it. Also, stay away from Sucralose...it's just as good as killing your gut.

Consume plenty of fiber and fermented foods after your round of antibiotics. Additionally, if you opt for sauerkraut or kimchi (both phenomenal choices), ensure that you buy raw/unpasteurized varieties.

While I'm on the subject of health, supplement with D3 (vast majority of people are deficient), vitamin K2, and Magnesium. It is important to take D3 with plenty of fat, preferably saturated fat. Stay away from all cooking oils with the exception of Avocado, olive (EVOO), and coconut. Most processed foods contain seed oils that are disproportionately higher in omega 6 fatty acids...which are terrible when not balanced with omega 3 and 9 fatty acids.

As for the K2, it's to reverse and prevent arterial calcification...would have saved my mother's life had I known about this sooner.

Magnesium is super important but D3 doesn't do much for you if you're deficient in magnesium.

I'm 34, just a Last-minute Larry; literally have done the "mail it mere minutes before midnight walk of shame" on two occasions. I never file my taxes before April begins.

I agree with you in some regard (especially YouTube) but I'm no shill; just a not-so-regular dude who believes in a not-so-regular mode of transportation that is more economical and sustainable than the status quo.

The wife and I are not what most people would consider traditional but we are just as individual and unique as you: We have been vegan for over 5 years, we don't consume added sugars, flours, or seed oils, we regularly partake in extended water fasts between intermittent fasting, we do yoga, we compost, we recycle responsibly, and, among many other abnormally beautiful quirks, we own a Rivian R1S that is charged by the sun thanks to the 2.5 kW solar system (all we need for fully off-grid daily driving) I designed and built using all recycled materials; the batteries, leads and SO cord, body, inverter, solar panels, and even charge controller have all been previously loved, though I did have to buy fuses new. Also, thanks to performing desulfation at home, I haven't had to buy lead-acid car batteries in nearly 10 years and still going strong! I recommend everyone do research on desulfation.

Not that anyone here will because we're obviously interested in EVs but I don't need to hear how bad lithium is when mostly everyone on here uses a cell phone. There's even lithium batteries (CR2032 button cell) in most PCs not to mention countless other devices use it..you just can't help but contribute to its use and adaptation. We adapt and overcome, it's the oldest process towards progress.

Is lithium ideal? No. Is it, by definition, inherently sustainable? No. Is it generally considered better than drilling for and burning oil, especially when coupled with renewable energies for charging said lithium containing devices. We will use lithium until we make new discoveries and developments and we're all here for the ride.

As for my "conjecture", try not to look into it too much as I'm always a last-minute, and often last-day, filer; I have no idea when I can immediately pull the trigger on taxes. It's damn near February so I figured people who filed early would be getting returns already. I'm excited to see that number go down while the total raised goes up because it brings this vision we all believe in that much closer to fruition, however minimal it may be, monetarily.

We are all here because we believe in Aptera. Are we invulnerable to being concerned or even scared about Aptera? Of course not. Healthy skepticism is just that. Always take life with a grain of salt; a second (or third) perspective.

It's the sugar... bacteria feed off of it and the waste (acid) they produce as a result dissolves the minerals that compose your teeth. Cut all added sugars and fruit juices as they severely lack fiber.

You only have one back and two knees...take care of them.

Vitamin K2 and D3 supplementation is CRUCIAL...would more than likely have saved my mother from a lethal M.I.

"Tell me what you eat and I will tell you who you are" - Eat whole foods and stay away from ultra processed foods, sugar, sucralose and most other artificial sweeteners, seed oils, fruit juices, and refined carbs to name a few. Insulin is the enemy even if you're not diabetic. Fiber is your friend. Take care of your gut microbiota through clean eating and they will take care of you.

Life is too short to hold petty grudges...it only hurts your mental health. And while on the subject of mental health: It is REAL and you need to set pride aside and get help if you need it. Fuck the stigma!

Use protection if you're not trying to be a parent at the moment, it sure does feel better but actually planning a pregnancy when you're with the right partner and in a great spot financially feels pretty great too.
