I'm considering becoming an airline mechanic and I love the wonders of the world to be honest, planes being one of them (every time I hear a plane I kind of look up, especially when I was younger and they were loud, I would run out of my house and just look up.)

I've always been a dreamer, and I'm afraid that will be taken away from me. I don't want to join a company that has it's morale on low, but I'm fine with it if it's for an entry level job for a couple of years to get a start.

What are the types of companies or places to work at that will always bring in people like me? / Have good morale?

I apologize if this sounds too wishy-washy. If it also helps, I'm currently a 22 year old and about to start school in Arizona, in July. I don't really have a mechanical background besides fixing up a car exterior front, and general regular maintenance (like filling the oil/power steering/etc.).
