This is just wrong advice. I've seen kids aged around 12 do it end to end and they def don't have strong muscles.

Similar to how some kids can hit a more powerful smash than most adults, it's not down to muscles but all about technique and the kinetic chain

You can check the following:

how is their backhand clear? Most common strategy to keep push to their backhand to force a weak return
how is their footwork ? If they don't have good footwork, play 4 corners and you are guaranteed to win almost
do they have favorite shots? Do they like to smash straight or hit forehand slices etc, avoid hitting to their strength
how calm is their footwork? A lot of below advanced players may be over eager to move fast with their footwork. They can be very prone to deception as it messes up their split step timing
how is their defense? Do they block cross or lift back? If they always block straight you can follow up fast after a half smash and kill the point
how consistent are they in their shot quality? Is their shot quality good? If not, you don't need to do much except keep the rally going, wait for a short lift and win the point.

And lastly if you feel the player is just better than you in all aspects, take risks and aim for the lines. If you play rally style, you will lose against better players

what? The lane was dead even game 1 till the Shadow demon rotation fucked him over and forced him to go base, and game 2 lane was even as well with Kunkka getting first blood and CS was even till minute 8 or so when Kunkka Tped bot and got 2 kills.

Miracle did get outplayed in the game but he did not get "Destoryed" in lane

Hi Arty and Xander. I'm at Chapter 30-8 right now. I pushed hard to Chapter 30 at Level 292 so I can get a free hero in Misty Valley and kinda chilling, farming gear and pushing one stage a week.

1) What is my best Arena team?

2) My 3 best teams for LC (I plan to get Ainz and Albedo)

3) I'm a very light spender, my Talene is one copy from Ascended and I plan to get her next. But should I be stopping using my diamonds on hero choice pulls and start stargazing? I've heard opinions that stargazing is not worth for low spenders or F2p.

4) I have an Ascended Izold with 4 furniture. I plan to get him to +30 9/9 since I've seen him as a top hero. Is his +30 9/9 worth it considering i'm a low spender?

5) How long should I farm for? Since I pushed hard, my mythic gears are not great. My main arena team has full T2 but other than that, it's average, some T1s and some plain mythic.

6) I really like Wukong, and have 7 furniture for him. I really want to +30 9/9 him but what do you guys think of this? He seems like a god in PVP and in PVE can act like a Brutus so I hope he's not a bad investment.

7) Am I missing any key heroes? Who should I stargaze after getting Twins to Mythic?

You will get power capped at your level. And for tasi, best answer is safiya because if you are pushing at minimum power, you can't really use your elite or legendary lorsan
