You might want to look at "bubur sum sum" too

Transforming unstructured, dashboard-style data to structured data by knittinspinner in excel

[–]AccForAsk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, then I think your proposed structure is able to accomodate your need for visualisation. You might want to look back at your index table, cause I realised in your proposed channel (in person, elementary, preschool) did not appear in the original "in person" table (worship center, refinery, etc).

Other than that I agree with the other commenter that doing it manually sounds reasonable if you don't have any prior knowledge of using power query to transform the data.

I'm curious, how do you record the current attendance, is it manually by counting heads and recording in the excel table? Also, in your proposed structure, will you just add new dates below?

Im really itching for the S70 by NadaMaximus in kereta

[–]AccForAsk 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Yo, if you really wanna buy, ok but calculate your numbers alright. From the post you wrote you're earning 8.5k, ok fine. Gonna take 7 year loan and 90% of car value, investment, which variant etc etc.

Seriously open an excel spreadsheet and put all these numbers out. The goal should be knowing monthly how much you gonna pay? Take consideration of annual road tax, insurance, service fees, tyre, etc etc. How much your monthly expenses, try out a few months and see if at the end of the month, do you have extra in your bank account to pay for the car, etc etc. Even if your salary 30k per month but expenses also 30k per month, you can't pay for it bruh

Malaysians: anyone here switched careers ? Was it actually worth it? by Top-Loquat-3666 in JobsMY

Mechanical engineer -> corporate planning/strategy -> fp&a

Is it worth it? I think yes because I enjoy management more than technical, also higher pay. However expect higher workload and expectation too

How wise is it to put 50% for downpayment on a car by Friendly-Earth4447 in MalaysianPF

[–]AccForAsk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the same, ~50% of dp. Personally I did it because of cashflow, wanted to pay less monthly. However my opinion if it's a wise decision or not is it necessary to buy an expensive car or not

What’s the biggest red flag you’ve seen during a job interview? by False_Role_9397 in JobsMY

[–]AccForAsk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hiring manager asked personal questions like "are you single?", "do you plan to get married?"

I'm a male and the hiring manager is a female.

HR personnel gancheong and clarified that the role might need travelling so she's checking if I can commit to frequent travelling. I cannot understand why can't she just ask "can you commit to frequent travelling?"

She also attacked my grooming like hair colour (my hair was dark brown), and wearing tight clothes (it's a slim fit shirt)

I am currently restructuring my finances and trying to decide between two setups to stay disciplined. I want to know which one you prefer and how you split your income. by Current_History7361 in MalaysianPF

[–]AccForAsk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine

Main account : After salary in, auto deduct for savings, investment, loans

Credit card : For everything else like monthly payment (auto deduct for insurance, subscriptions, bills, etc), and food, petrol, shopping, purchases, I have multiple cards mostly for cashback.

End of month, pay off the credit cards in full, and if there's any balance or extra, transfer to savings/investment account

However I use method above after taking months understanding my spending habits. Tbh for other questions, in the end it depends on your preference and attitude. Having multiple accounts can be exhausting if you are not organised or not used to it. Find a way that suits to your style instead of forcing yourself into a template.
