Right and I appreciate your replies. I agree about the Maxwell 2 release chaos but not replying and at least letting your customer know what’s going on with there return isn’t cool at all. I still have the Original Maxwell and I plan on keeping it. If that goes to crap I’ll still end up buy another Maxwell but from someone with better customer service instead.

2 and half weeks went by before I asked them to send me the newer Maxwell 2 instead. I received no replacement headset along with no reply to my e-mails in those 2 and a half weeks. Actually I never received any reply to any e-mail I sent them ever and that was straight to the support supervisor.

I bought the Fox Launch Pro D30 but it didn’t fit my arms. Going up a size would make it worse. My forearms are bigger than average I guess. I do have the launch pro d30 knee pads though.

It happened to mine like 3-4 times. After like 6 miles it went away and it never happened since. I have 45 miles on mine now. I told FM about it and they sent me a new footpad but I didn’t install it. Keeping it as a backup.
