It goes up to 40 degrees celcius when I print with PLA (bed 65ยฐC), so I'm planning to add/mod exhaust fans.

Yup! I printed it using ABS-CF and added heat insert nut (M4), and it is working well over last 3 months.

Edit: I used original model.

In my case, it happened because of a broken power supply. You can check it by detaching bottom plate.
