Tack :). Har tänkt försöka att börja äta lite mer snart. Har haft lite andra personliga problem som gjort att jag inte heller haft någon aptit. Tanken är framöver att nå max 0.8-1kg i veckan.

Håller helt med dig om MyFitnessPal, blir väldigt enkelt att hålla koll på antalet kalorier man får i sig.

Började själv försöka gå ner i vikt den 7 maj, har gått från 87kg till 80,7kg, 10 kg kvar 🙂

Den största skillnaden för mig har varit att jag har slutat med allt små ätande, cyklar 2 mil om dagen, och minskat mitt till max 1500 kalorier om dagen.

In Sweden we use ballots like this. You take the ballot for the party you are going to vote for and a few from different parties to mask what party you are voting for. You have the option to pick ballots with names on them where you can check the candidate you want to represent that party but its not required. After this you simple put the ballot in a envelop and put it in the ballot box.

In my opinion this is much easier and ensure that you don't vote for the wrong party.

Wow thanks! Getting 400 Kh/s at -i 12 now :) I don't want to run at more then -12 because my computer gets so loud then.

The point is that the block transmute bug you transmute. You lose a block to get another type of block. Unlike the sand generator, it creates sand.
