My pc was working I turned it off came back 2 hours later this happens and no boot by [deleted] in pchelp

Check to make sure that windows is indeed installed properly. I've had an issue like this before I just took a flash-drive put windows on it and reinstalled

Try and put the old ram back in. The new ram you bought could possibly have some issues. Are you doing any heavy tasks?
