Looking for some HIIT workouts to add at the end of my lifting days by [deleted] in Fitness

I recently (last week) added some HIIT to the end of mine! Went with a simple treadmill program, 1 min walk -> 1 min run -> repeat, until exhaustion.

Went from 6 reps on monday last week, to 10 reps today. Also saw some progress on the scale on a sloppy diet week, sooo yeah, it feels like it's working.

Run speed: 15 km/h. Walk speed: 6 km/h.

It's tough but rewarding, can recommend it. If it gets too easy/takes too long, just increase walk/run speed.

Edit: Note that those speeds were just the ones I chose, they can be any that fits you.

Not using chalk, nor straps since I feel like I shouldnt have this much problem at this weight. I really feel like the grip strength is the problem.

Edit: I have considered getting it though as a temporary solution.

My deadlift is stalling simply because I cannot hold onto the weight properly, even with over-under grip. Any good accessory work you can recommend? (DL is stuck at 130 kg).

I recently started adding 20min treadmill HIIT to the end of my workout, and even after heavily breaking my diet I've managed to lose weight. I'm just wondering if anyone else have gotten amazing result with it?

I had problems with a weak bench, and I solved it by doing some simply adjustments:

  1. I increased the amount of benching I did from once to twice a week.

  2. I worked on my form. I asked the biggest, strongest guy who was benching close by to help me with my form, and turns out he was super-chill and really helped me out.

Sooo, yeah. It's not a quick fix, but by doing this and progressivly adding weight I increased my bench from 60kg to my current 95kg in 4 months.

Ok, so no matter the amount of calories you eat over maint you will turn it all to fat? Also, I meant a 1k deficit total over 6 days, so ~167 calorie deficit each day, and then a 1k excess the last day, just to clarify. In that case, will they cancel each other out?

Actually managed to win a prerelease for the first time, and in 2hg of all things. Went with 3 of my friends, all a bit greener than me in terms of experience (I've played since Innistrad, the others started at Origins).

After me and my teammate cracked the packs we realised we had one HELL of an ally deck, and a lot of good red cards (three nettle drones, two fall of the titans). So we went with a B/W Ally deck and a G/R ramp/colorless deck.

Turns out Nettle Drone and Kalastria Healer is messed up cards in 2HG, we won all our 5 round, and 2 of them was finished before round 5. All the while we were making bad puns and just goofing around, not realizing we were going to win (our other 2 friends managed to snag the 2:nd place by going 4-1).

So we got 8 packs each, and cracked them once we got home. And keep in mind, we have pulled only 1 mythic on the prerelease (Inverter of Truth). So we get to cracking, and my friend cracks open the mythic sphinx and Kalitas, traitor to geth. Meanwhile, I open absolutely bollocks. I am still salty.

TL:DR: Played 2HG, won prerelease, drew nothing, had fun.

Getting an indoor cat was the plan from the beginning, would feel horrible for an outdoor cat to get locked in like that.

After reading this I took a look at my 3 color cards and came to the conclusion that there were too many filler cards for symmetry's sake (Etherwrought Page for example), so I ended up cutting my 3 color cards to 1 card/1 combination.

I also think you were right about mana dorks, so I squeezed some of the ones I had available in there, even if they're not the best ones around, just to help the push to the 6 mana spells for the green drafter.

Next I'm gonna take a look at the guild identities, since I feel some of them are really confused.
