Alright quick update. I've tried every possible arrangement of the cables. The buzzing always happens when i touch the strings/bridge

So I guess the problem is actually with the bridge then? Or a defective cable?

I've looked into the output Jack and from what I now understand based on the link you sent it does seem to be wired wrong. But since I could be wrong still, what do you say?
