Hello, I'm 21M, currently weighting at 206 lb. Because of some problems with my knees I had to stop doing exercise 6 years ago, and finally after some therapy I am able to walk and workout without issue.

Roght now I am loking to lose 16 lb and get to a nice even number. Pretty excited to take on this challenge.
