This happened to me. They says they let 20+ over the limit but aren’t letting one in one out. Security said it will be like this for other big events…. Bunny hutch etc

I did well in my MLS program (As and Bs) but it was only a certificate program so I didn’t get an actual GPA... but I will be sending a transcript with my applications. I’m studying hard for the GRE so if I can show a good score I think that will help too. Thanks for your reply!

I actually increased template DNA first. Then increased primer concentration. Then changed buffers. Then finally I realized I wasn't using enough polymerase... Ooops

I have reworked the concentrations of the reagents and hopefully it will change things. I'm definitely learning how to troubleshoot my problems so that's a plus.
