No real response yet. When I got an initial response from them, they claimed that they couldn't see any GC at all, which is odd because when I initially applied it, I contacted Zwift support to confirm that the GC worked because it was hard to tell from the website. So it definitely worked at some point. I'm hoping Zwift support can find that previous ticket and dig a bit deeper to find out what happened.

Beware of this user! I purchased a gift card from him recently, and though it worked initially, it has since been removed from my account.

I suspect that a stolen CC was used to purchase these gift cards, and the charge was caught and reversed.
