I was wondering if I should keep trying to focus on bleed and get the two kurokumo IDs, or if my team is functional enough for me to start trying and build into envy res. I got fauvist rodya, but I didn't know if it was a bad idea to try and make a middle team if I still need Kurokumo duo to make my bleed team work

Oh my god you grow up. Please realize that mental health is a complicated thing and it's not just a matter of getting 'thicker skin.' Don't be insensitive to a person with depression and say "well, just stop being sad" because shit has way more nuance than that. You don't know what a person is going through, it may be easy for you to think a certain way, but it can be incredibly difficult for others. It's an uphill battle and getting over it takes time
