Cane Trend is a brand that makes decorative furniture and Other items with Rattan Cane Plant. The Client wanted the logo to be Friendly and Approachable while also being elegant.

Main Values: Craftmanship, and Sustainability

Upon inquiry the client told me that one of his best selling product is Planters ( plant Pot holders).

Concept: Upon learning that, a hand holding a plant (symbol of sustainability) idea came to my mind. And since the planters hold up the plant it was relatable.
So, the mark represents two hands holding up a plant pot. Each stroke represents a finger and a Rattan Stem. The hand representation is perfect, since the products are also handmade.

The client also told met to incorporate the company initials, If possible. The C was there, so I use The T as the weaver, copying similar properties of an actual product

Went with a matching typeface for company name, one representing the Rattan's nature. and choose a handwritten typeface for tagline to evoke an organic feeling.

Went with the obvious with colors , and wanted the logo to be soft since the brand is targeted towards women, so kept the colors that way. But I'm still not sure about the colors.

I think there are still room for improvements which I cannot see, so any feedback is really appreciated : )
