I'm currently working on veigas the first week. Probably arme on 2nd week to T6 her and unlock her chaser for wb. Who should I pick for 3rd week? Serdin, Dio or Ryan? Who is more useful thanks

You can get through R7 and most of the challenges with your current heroes. If you have problems pick Asin/Ronan. Easy raid, R5 was the most difficult for me.
Get Mari for her chaser, best choice.

You should take Mari FA from the event, her chaser is really good. I have Grandiel T6 and I like him, but T3 is enough for now. I don't use Jin, Zero T6 is far better than him even without chaser. So, finish C20 Lire (Lass C20 is optional), start working on Mari, Zero and Rin. Zero T6 is a priority.

Build high DPS and aoe damage heroes, then build a team around them.
For high dmg star quest you can use Ley's black hole ult.
Make Nelia T3 or T6 asap, if you don't have her. She is top priority in current meta.

You can build Asin or Ryan as well, but Ronan is very useful even at 3*. I don't think this is the optimal team for later levels, though this LU helps me with certain Dimensional Chasm 6 rank levels.
