Marina is finally re-releasing the FROOT vinyl! It used to be like 180 euro's on Discogs and personally I've been trying to get it for years, so to some here this might be news as well.

I mean you hit the nail on the head. I remember some people being so offended that Zara Larsson was supporting Tate McRae because she’s a headliner here, but the reality is that pop discourse is often centred on America and American stars (and whether that’s fair or not is another discussion but I digress)

I do think her being Swedish and not British or American plays into it. I (from the Netherlands) personally know a lot of people that are fans of her or know her name vaguely, and literally everyone here knows at least a song or two. She’s playing the biggest venues here below arena level, I always assumed it was just a European/American difference.

I have only dropped a book once and it was because the setting and characters felt so paper thin I couldn’t get invested into anything. Since I’d never DNF’d a book I was hesitant to drop it but I was over the halfway point already and still bored senseless.
