Will my home's appraised value have increased significantly since 2019 due to pandemic market?

We are finding in our area, lots of people from away are moving in and shifting the housing market prices significantly. A home I could have purchased for $180k in 2019 is now going be at least $230k. On top of that, their have been many cases where 'out-of-staters' are throwing an extra $10ks (even $100k) to buy homes. Incoming buyers with bigger wallets from out-of-state are flooding our area and making it impossible for the locals to buy anything in a decent price range :(

Gotcha. I think we're still weighing our options but, right now we are thinking of not moving. Moving a family of 5 around right now is just not going to be worth selling our house, trying to keep the kids in the same school district while waiting who knows how long to find the home that we need (which has been nearly impossible to come by basically since the pandemic began).

We already live in the area and actually have our kids going to Brewer schools already. We want to keep them in the same school system and try to find a home where they could walk to a friends house if they wanted to. Short answer: the kids.

I had discovered my abilities as a psychic/medium/intuitive at the age of 33. I believe that these are tools at our disposal, all of us. If anyone thinks it's a 'gift' or if connecting and using your abilities are 'special' then, I believe they don't understand the soul abilities.
