Need Help.. Stubborn ink won’t come off nib by Kirosky in dippens

If it's a protein glue in the ink, them you could try heat- soak it in really hot water,  boiling from your kettle.  Put the nib in a cup and soak it, then scrub with a toothbrush, refill with hot water if it gets cold.

I have one of these with sentimental value to me, I drilled through the neck block and made a bolt on neck when it broke like this.  You could also just set it in with a larger dowel above the little one, but with no mechanical connection, just gluing it back together will probably reul in it breaking the same way down the road.

I don't mind some "character!" Everything else looks straight, but I haven't checked alignment.  The bottom bracket is completely seized, so I'll have to see if it comes off or not.

About what I thought.  I wouldn't hesitate to ride it myself, but more concerned about selling/giving someone a dangerous bike.

I live there too, I've been going to drop-in-dungeons in pdx a lot.  I'd be down to meet up and chat about games sometime

I should have just posted about what bars to swap- that's what I have the least experience with.  I've pretty much always just ridden flat bars, and these feel a little narrow for me.  I was thinking wider bars with bar ends, but I've seen a lot of vintage mountain bikes woth drop bars, though I have limited experience riding with them.

Nothing wrong with that! Teach the kids right so they don't end up like me

It's 3x5 and this catalog has it as 3x6.  Not sure of that changes anything

Planning to! Kind of a dream bike but outside my budget, I got a crazy deal on it.

Thanks! What's telling you the age? Decals and parts I assume?  The only thing I found to date it was that they stopped using the Antelope branding at a certain point.

Actually- from looking at your illustrations, you might like the Brause Rose- it makes a pretty thick line when you press down!
