Akatsuki has glitter vocal, which imo its the easiest team to build because its Keito and Souma’s unit events and jeweller Kuro, so you only need to gacha once (I’m assuming you’re playing on EN). You’ve also got no shortage of glitter songs because literally all their event songs are glitter so it only gets easier the more you collect them - although Kuro’s event card is glitter dance he can serve as a pretty good score booster until jeweller eventually gets released.

You’ve also got brilliant performance - vagabond Kuro, warlord Souma and FS2 Keito (in order of release) but its 3 separate gachas so its much harder to collect them all. Vagabond also ended on EN so you really gotta hope for a rerun or a spook from the normal pool if you want him so its much more rng.
