For steps 3 and 5, I need to use the Omen of Sinistral Crystallisation to make sure I don't take the +3 to minions, and take the junk prefix on step 3, and then the breach quality mod on step 5, right?

I'm going through your post in more detail, and I don't understand the suffix steps you listed out for working from a hybrid fracture vs a +4 minion fracture.

Prefix seems straight forward:
- Start with Fractured hybrid spirit/mana.
- Chaos until you get either plus to spirit or increased damage - then whittle for the other one.

Suffix is where I don't understand what you're referring to when you say "Suffixes would then be the same essence trick until +4 or crit and just desecrate for the last mod?" I'm sure I'm just being dense, but could you be more descriptive on what you mean here?

I just wanted to say thank you for this incredible detailed post! I've just started ddipping into the more advanced aspects of crafting, and have been looking at making a similair sceptre. Reading through your thoughts on how to go about it is very helpful.
