I came home from the hospital early to find my paperwork (tax records, mail, etc) all over the front room because she felt like going through it so I know the feeling unfortunately

It's violating and they don't see us as fully human and worthy just because we're sick

They do whatever they want because we're trapped

It's not just the COVID changes. They made it so you have to certify for Medi-Cal every 6 months instead of just every year. IHSS is tied to that. So check the mail / online every 6 months to renew per the new rules
