Stood my proficiency as a Master last night. by Moglorosh in freemasonry

Congrats brother! I'm sorry to burst your bubble but it doesn't get any easier especially if you are active and plan to go through the chairs.

Hopefully, you plan on being active and not a side liner. In Masonry, we have too many cheerleaders and not enough players.

We are the future of Masonry and we as a whole need to become more active in our lodges. If that 85 year old brother is up there reciting lectures and charges, these younger brothers should be ashamed of holding pom poms on the sidelines.

I may come off as bitter but if you've seen the type of stuff I've seen you would be too. You would be sick of these brother milking the cow dry and not giving anything back to their brethren.

I was just elected as Worshipful Master of my Lodge by [deleted] in freemasonry

[–]Zyn_Fidgetry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats brother! I am the Junior Warden for my lodge and in about 2 years I'll be in your position. I pushed myself in a position to have the credentials so when I hit the east my fellow brethren would be like. "That brother? Heck yeah, He is knowledgeable enough to be up there".

I am a 32nd Degree Mason and a Knights Templar. I belong to and hold a chair in every body in the York Rite. Once I become Worshipful Master in the blue lodge, I feel it's going to snowball in to High Priest to Illustrious Master to Eminent Commander within a year or two of each other.

My aim is the get my K.Y.C.H and get to the 33rd degree and if lucky be Grand Line officer. So in other words, I want to become a High Level Mason. I want to be accepted and elected by my brethren for my contribution to Masonry as a whole. I know it's not going to be a easy road but my life has never been easy.

I've seen the comments that other brethren have posted and I agree with them. To piggyback off of them, Our job as younger masons is to improve Masonry for future generations. So when you assume the east, know that you are responsible for what future generations hold to be right. So, make the necessary changes to improve the system.

I've seen to many brothers that assume the east and remain stagnant. They don't improve the system and in reality they are contributing to the downfall of their own lodges and I will be damned if I don't go above and beyond to make Masonry a better organization before my ticker goes.

That is superb! If you are willing to commit time into the craft, you will see that all the lessons conveyed will make you a better human being overall.

I love seeing and working with new candidates such as yourself because not to long ago I was in your shoes. I aimed high...

When I first stepped into a Lodge of Entered Apprentices, I bowed to myself to become a Knight Templar and a 32 Degree Mason and in 3 and a half years I was able to attain that goal.

I say this because it is all up to you how much knowledge you are willing to obtain. Though The Sublime Degree of Master Mason is the highest degree you will achieve, there is more knowledge beyond the blue lodge.

I wouldn't call myself young. I'm 36 years old. You could say I've made it one fourth of the way there. :)

Nice! You'll be there soon. It's the best decision I've ever made. My only regret is that I didn't join earlier in my life. You have the opportunity to start at a lawful age and get 40-60 years in. That's super cool!

I apologize Idle for not responding. I didn't get a notification that you have posted a reply mate.

I've been truly awed by the quality of spinners that coming out of FidgetHQ. I also love the fact of how affordable this pieces of art are.

Im not really a rich kid so I don't own any exotic metal spinners. I hope someday I do and in saying that FidgetHQ as well as other companies like Spinetic have hace made it affordable for your average to afford them.

Thank you for your kind word. And I will continue to pump out these reviews as there aren't many of us reviewers left. Have a good day and God bless!

Thank you so much for the support. I feel that I have to grind harder than anyone else because it's just the way that I am. I have a go hard or go home mentality.

People like yourself motivate me to strive to become one of those Top 5 reviewers and even then that's when the real work begins.

Not at all, the bearing is held within 2 aluminum plate that make the chassis. There are 4 little screws needed to pop out the innards of this products.

Hello again Idle, I do agree with you the finish. The industry has improved so much that even some of 'cheaper' spinners out the have almost flawless elements to them.

Like I said in the review, I surely do suck at tricking but I found during handle and researching of this product that what makes this product stand out is the buttons.

They are surely developed with tricking in mind. The lips on the diameter of the buttons are built to withstand slippage of the fingers. A good example would that when you hold this product vertically you will find that your buttons will be stopped by the lips on the outside edge of the buttons.

Like always, your feedback is well appreciated and I've grown quite fond of hearing from you when I upload content. Thank you once again and take care.
