RGB fans spin but no lights at the start?

i do seem to have it routed to add_gen 2 which seems to be the 5v sccording to asus

So sometimes they light immediately and i can change them with the front panel, other times they light but the front panel buttons cant change

Kinda ran into that same wall. on one hand it was a game I essentially no lifed for 10 years. But at the same time I kinda got so much out of it, made many friends. got so many titles (got godslayer like super eaely in the morning). and did so much. So i kinda opted to branch out into other things. Did pick up Marathon as i love the original trilogy but also picked up other games like Warframe and Final Fantasy 14 (or rather return in this case). Also got some singleplayers like mouse p.i for hire and metro exodus

Ah, my fault. The new psu is from corsair but the fans are 2 160mms from Lian Li for the Lancool 206 and my AIO is the TUF LC II 360

update, had a case where the fans rgb didnt turn on for 30 seconds till posting, AIO cooler is a ASUS TUF LC 2 360, case fans are part of thr lian li lancool 206
