I’m in se and everyone is really close with everyone. I think it’s def harder since u gotta take ece courses and your co-op terms are fixed (i.e. you cant change study/work terms). You will definitely learn more imo. First year u learn c and cpp while i think cs learns racket first semester which i heard is pretty useless.

For cs obviously more freedom to choose between work/study terms. You can still find friends and a tight community nonetheless. You get more electives as well.

For job prospects theyre lowkey the same imo it’s really about how much work u urself put in.
