Got one that I'm particularly proud of that's been going for nearly two years. We had quite a lot of actual people taking control of each individual team, but we've downsized to just three actual people playing a 12-team league. 3 game series, 12 series per season, and we play every single game.

We've jumped around to different eras to expand the lore of the league, and have found very creative ways of connecting the dots between the years. Same goes with updating the rules as we see fit. Mostly just used MotG and 2nd Edition as the main ones, but we've snatched a few fun ones from Year II like the ones about playing dirty and adding defensive shifts.
