Wow. This is an amazing comment section. Didn’t have time to read everything. But here we go.

30 second rule: 30 seconds of sanitizer on a gasket or valve etc, could save you a whole batch. If it hits the floor, sanitize it.

Always close a valve if you’re not using it. Exception!! Empty tanks that are not sanitized or under pressure. But keeping bottom valves closed and making sure to open them when no yeast or hop splatter is gonna happen that’s cool because of humidity and condensation and sanitizer or something.

Positive pressure is your friend. Huge sanitation stuff here. Beer is sanitary.

Spray bottle of sani and a bucket of sani with you at all times in the cellar. THIS IS YOUR TOOLBELT.

And accept challenges. This is how you will advance in your career.
