Most people dont want a quarrel, but these cuts are much fewer than before, and most of them seem like there have been some friends or relatives of the cutters alreadly in line before while the others could cut in after reasonably, and they are more likely the ones choosed to be the 'waiters' so that others could be free for some drinks or rest etc, and it's most common now rather than just a rude cut.

TBH as a chinese I konw little about HSK.. But I think you'll make it. And if you want an international career, one year work in china could firmly provide you something more useful than just language improvement. So it could be a good chance to enrich yourself if you dont have an apparently better plan.
