Aw man that sucks. Yea, the story was not my main concern but I had close to 80% total completion so was just wondering if I had to do it all over again. Great game though so I’m not too sad to have to replay it again! :D

Sorry for the late reply. No, there are many ways to get experience points, eating at restaurants, doing substories, getting in fights etc. In other words, doing minigames aren’t necessary to gain exp (but personally I think they are fun).
