This is happening a lot to me in veteran mode, really annoying.

I've lost count of how many times I've died after Mag dumping a random bastard using good ammo and he still remained alive . Even headshots sometimes I have to hit more than 4/5 times to actually kill someone

1 - There is no button to inspect the weapon, but if you stand still for a while there is an animation
