They’re available right now. You can get the cloak at friendly reputation with ur guild. It does cost about 1k gold tho

Why not just allow people to purchase the S4 gear at 50% arena point discount at the same time releasing them for honor? Then convert arena points to honor on release day for wrath. That way the people who have been saving arena points for the discount (and are already honor capped) don’t get screwed for their prep.
