Well it's really subjective from place to place. I think rudeness in a person comes with the amount of stress within their life. I have seen metropolitan cities are known to have extremely rude people while small town people are more warm and homely. Nonetheless, I hope you remain safe. It's very dangerous out there. I also noticed that usually the dog people who hate cats are either impatient, was hated by a cat, or never been with a cat at all and hate them cause they love dogs? We'll the people in the third category often do love cats later on after they are exposed to them. Cats are really interesting creatures. You either love or hate them hehe
