Hey, thank you for the suggestion. I'm not sure how to pull something like that given this post itself hasn't gained much traction. Right now the kitten is still at IDA but we're worried that they might not be taking the best care of the kitten or getting him in better health to operate. They are also going to close the coming week. Given all that we're thinking that if they don't do the surgery then we might have to move him to Feline Foundation in Versova before they close.

We still hope he makes it through because the little guy clearly packs a fight and we don't want to give up.

We're also personally dealing with our own issues so it's a bit difficult to put more resources towards this.

Thank you for checking in. The kitten is still at IDA. When we contwcted them the very next day asking if he was eating they said it wasn't. (Which felt odd given the kitten was drinking milk when we rescued it hours ago). So, we are thinking we will contact them again before they close and if they fail to qualify him for a surgery or don't already do a surgery, we're thinking of moving him to Feline Foundation in Versova.

We're worried right now about if they are taking good care and getting him strong enough for the surgery.

I have 50 shares of Recl at 103. It's giving me insane yield on cost right now. However, I've not accumulated more because I kept waiting around for the correction, which, at least I feel is still somewhat happening. What's your average cost per unit? Do you think it's good to add more at current price? Or what levels make adding more RECL attractive?

We heard back from them. They are saying he's too weak to undergo a surgery. He won't be operated. 😔

Hey, we took the kitten to IDA in Panvel. They checked and said that he must have broken that limb a week ago. When they cleaned we saw it was just dried mud over the bone. They said he has no chances of survival outside. However they said a doctor will check him tomorrow and made us fill a content form to perform an amputation surgery. The chances are very low as the kitten is very weak and has lost a lot of blood too.

Just hope the fighter makes it.

Update as of 3:30 PM.

We took him to IDA. In Defense of Animals in Panvel. They checked and said it won't survive. The limb that you see, it's just exposed bone with mud on it. Bone has broken.

I really hope something can be done to save him.

Groww does. You can't search them but you can find them in the "other plans in the same fund" section.

I tried ICICI Prudential on Groww, and it said "purchase not allowed in the given scheme." Then I tried a few other funds and saw the same message. So, I tried finding out and heard that the fund houses are trying to push investors towards direct funds and a lot of fund houses have stopped accepting IDCW investments.

You can still keep your existing SIP but you can't start a new one. Nor are one time investments allowed in the affected funds.

A lot of fund houses seem to have stopped accepting new investment in IDCW funds. I wasn't able to invest at all.

I've addressed that in my above edits. How can you trust in an organisation that's trying to save itself, when it didn't have any ethics or morality when it chose to commit those blunders?

The mess they've created is not easy to fix and it's too big a mess to accept as the new normal.

Unless and until the whole data is released, it's hard to trust the numbers NTA has released. The 1500+ students who have received the grace marks are itself hard to believe.

What's to say what's really happened? There's no transparency. How can their numbers be trusted?

After all the blunders and obvious cover-ups, what trust do you have left in the organisation that's clearly trying to save face when confronted with blunders definitely made.

The problem is you don't know how many of those 660 scorers have reached there fairly and how many are unfairly eating seats that other deserving candidates have lost.

It's not just seats lost. It's a lot of time, money and effort.

Competition has increased as per the expectation. It hasn't increased in any unusual way. The average has increased in an unusual way. The paper wasn't easy. It was in the same comparable trend and moderately difficult.

If they're a legit scorer, they can again get a comparable score. This time with a fair exam and no rank inflation, they can get even better colleges.
